2. Return Process
   If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

   Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, along with a return address and instructions. Please ensure you include this number on the package. Preparing the Return Package: Place the product in its original packaging and ensure it is intact. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the product arrives safely.
   Sending the Product: Send the package to the return address provided. Please retain the shipping receipt for future inquiries.
3. Return Processing Time
   Return Processing Time: We will process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days after receiving the package.
   Refund Method: Refunds will be directly credited to your payment account. Please check your account information after processing. Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, but generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
4. Exchange
   If you wish to exchange the product, please specify the product you wish to exchange in your return email. The exchange product will be processed based on stock availability after the return.
